ABOUT THE WORKROOM

Therapy should feel human.

The Workroom is a small, relationship-focused therapy practice built around a simple idea: good therapy starts with understanding the person in front of you.

We believe people are more complicated than a diagnosis, a treatment model, or the hardest thing happening in their lives. Our job isn't to fit you into a predetermined version of therapy. It's to understand what's happening, what matters to you, and what kind of support will actually help.

That means our work can look different from person to person. Sometimes it's talking. Sometimes it's practicing something differently in real life. Sometimes it's slowing down enough to understand a pattern that's been there for years. Whatever the work looks like, we approach it with curiosity, honesty, collaboration, and a little bit of humanity.

MEET THE TEAM

The people behind The Workroom.

We bring different backgrounds, specialties, and perspectives to the work, but share the same belief that therapy works best when it feels collaborative, honest, and genuinely human.
