SERVICES

Different needs call for different kinds of support.

Therapy doesn't have to look the same for everyone. Whether you're looking for ongoing therapy, more hands-on support, or a higher level of care, we'll help you find an approach that fits what's happening in your life right now.

01 / INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Therapy that meets you where you actually are.

You don't need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. You might be dealing with something specific, feeling stuck in patterns you can't seem to change, or simply realizing that the way you've been getting through life isn't working anymore.

Our approach is collaborative, practical, and built around you. We'll make space to understand what's happening beneath the surface while also helping you build insight, skills, and new ways of responding that carry into everyday life.

02 / COUPLES + FAMILY THERAPY

Relationships are where a lot of the work happens.

Relationships can bring out some of our strongest emotions, deepest patterns, and biggest opportunities for change. Sometimes the problem isn’t that people don’t care about each other—it’s that they’ve gotten stuck in ways of communicating, reacting, or protecting themselves that make connection harder.

We work with couples and families to slow those patterns down, understand what’s happening underneath them, and create healthier ways of communicating, connecting, and moving forward together.

THE WORK MIGHT INCLUDE

01 — CONNECTION
Communication
Emotional intimacy
Trust + repair
Attachment patterns

02 — CONFLICT
Recurring arguments
Disconnection
Resentment
Navigating differences

03 — CHANGE
Family transitions
Parenting + coparenting
Changing roles
Building new patterns

03 / CONCIERGE THERAPY

Therapy doesn't always need four walls.

Sometimes the work is easier to do when it happens closer to real life. Concierge therapy offers more flexible, hands-on support for people who may benefit from working outside the traditional therapy room.

Depending on your needs, that might mean taking therapy outside, working through executive functioning challenges in the environments where they show up in everyday life, or creating a more individualized level of support around what you're navigating.

CONCIERGE SUPPORT MAY INCLUDE

Walk + talk sessions
Therapeutic work while walking or spending time outdoors.

Executive functioning support
Practical help with organization, routines, planning, and follow-through.

Real-world skill building
Practicing tools and strategies where they're actually needed.

Individualized support
A more flexible approach built around your needs and goals.

04 / THERAPY INTENSIVES

More time when an hour isn’t enough.

Some things are difficult to work through in the rhythm of a traditional weekly session. Just as you get into the heart of something, it can be time to wrap up and wait another week.

Therapy intensives create more space to stay with the work. Longer, focused sessions allow us to go deeper into a specific concern, relationship pattern, transition, or experience without having to stop simply because the hour is over. Intensives can stand alone or complement ongoing therapy, with the structure built around what you’re hoping to accomplish.

You feel stuck

You understand the pattern, but weekly therapy hasn’t created the movement you’re looking for.

AN INTENSIVE MIGHT MAKE SENSE WHEN...

Something needs focused attention

A specific experience, decision, transition, or relationship issue needs more room than a standard session provides.

You want to go deeper

You’re ready for concentrated therapeutic work without repeatedly stopping and starting.

Weekly therapy isn’t practical

Your schedule, location, or circumstances make a more concentrated format a better fit.

05 / INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM

More support without stepping away from your life.

Sometimes weekly therapy isn’t enough, but stepping completely away from work, school, relationships, or everyday responsibilities doesn’t make sense either.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a higher level of structured therapeutic support while allowing you to remain connected to your life outside of treatment. The program combines structured therapeutic work, practical skill-building, and connection with others in a setting designed to help create meaningful change beyond the therapy room.

Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we look at the bigger picture—what’s happening underneath, what keeps getting in the way, and what support will help you move forward.

IOP MAY BE A FIT IF...

You need more support than weekly therapy is providing.

Mental health or substance use concerns are significantly affecting everyday life.

You’re stepping down from a higher level of care and want continued structure and support.

You’ve tried therapy before but need something more immersive.

You’re navigating multiple concerns that are difficult to address one hour at a time.

WHAT THE PROGRAM OFFERS

Structured therapeutic support
More time and consistency than traditional outpatient therapy.

Individualized care
Treatment built around the person rather than a one-size-fits-all program.

Connection + accountability
A supportive environment for doing difficult work alongside others.

Real-world integration
Tools, insight, and practice designed to carry beyond treatment and into everyday life.
